Welcome to digitalDay! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and policies for using this site and purchasing our digital design services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

Business Information

digitalDay is an e-commerce-based design service offering custom digital graphics, including flyers, invitations, logos, and promo content.

Services Offered

digitalDay specializes in custom-designed digital products:

  • Flyers

  • Invitations

  • Logos

  • Promo graphics

All products are digital-only and non-physical. Orders include 2 rounds of light revisions. Additional revisions are available for a $15.00 fee per round.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Full payment is required upfront to begin your project

  • All payments are non-refundable

Please double-check all information submitted on your design form prior to purchase.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Rush delivery:

    • Next-day: $20 fee

    • Within 2 days: $15 fee

Rush fees must be paid at the time of booking to apply.

Copyright & Usage

  • digitalDay retains the right to use completed work in promotional materials, including portfolios and social media.

  • Client designs may be adapted or referenced as templates in future work.

  • Clients are not permitted to claim original digitalDay designs as their own if altered or redistributed.

Booking & Cancellation

  • A custom intake form must be completed before design work begins.

  • digitalDay reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a project at the owner’s discretion.

  • If a project is canceled by the owner before work begins, a full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Design Limitations & Disclaimers

  • digitalDay will not design over previously created work from another designer.

  • No designs will be created using trademarked or copyrighted logos.

  • Client satisfaction is important — if you're not satisfied with your final product, we’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments within the revision limits.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
