At digitalDay, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of digital design work, we do not offer refunds on any purchases once an order is placed.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
Once design work has started, the order is considered non-refundable.
Payments are non-transferable to other projects or services.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Each design package includes 2 rounds of light revisions. If additional edits are needed, clients may purchase additional revisions for $15.00 per round.
We are committed to client satisfaction and encourage clear communication throughout the design process.

Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel before work has begun, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the owner.
